Titles aside, my work has always been about one thing: helping businesses make better decisions, with more clarity and confidence.

I’ve worked with companies at every stage, from early growth to well-established organizations, and the pattern is always the same: the businesses that move forward aren’t the ones doing the most. They’re the ones doing the right things, consistently, and that’s the work I care about.

I didn’t set out to build a career in “marketing.”

From early on, I was drawn to how businesses actually work. How decisions get made, where things break down, why some companies grow, and others stall, even when they’re working just as hard.

That curiosity turned into action.

Over the past 17+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside more than 1,400 businesses, helping them refine their direction, improve how they operate, and build strategies that aren’t just ideas, but something they can actually execute.

As CEO of ICS Creative Agency, I’ve helped lead a team focused on one core principle: results come from clarity. Not complexity, not trends, not doing more.

Today, my work is focused on helping businesses step out of the noise, see their business clearly, and move forward with confidence, through practical strategy, smart systems, and the right use of tools like AI.
